Single mom Holiday

Just a reminder for my younger single moms this holiday season.
 
 One of the most difficult things to navigate is your twenties. You are figuring out who you are, what you wanna do, and taking on adulthood. My entire twenties I felt like I was one missed coffee away from risking it all.
 
 When you add parenting to the mix, baby bye. At least for me. As a young single mom, I felt incredibly overwhelmed, I didn't know what I was doing. But I thought I was supposed to know everything. I didn't even know myself. Trying to heal from childhood traumas while subsequently trying not to inflict them on your kid... Whoa.
 
 Just breathe. You got this sis. And if you don't, you will. 💖
