Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole

Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole

So hang in there with me. I know that Crescent rolls are generally for dinner, but after you taste this…you’ll forever be changed.

What you’ll need:

A muffin pan ( I use one that makes 6)

2 packages of crescent rolls

2 cups of Breakfast meat of choice (I use sausage) 2 cups

5 Eggs

½ cup of milk

1 onion

2 tomatoes (any kind will do)

2 cups cheese ( I use provolone and cheddar)

Pepper

Salt

How to make it

Step 1: Preheat your oven to what the crescent roll package says

Step 2: Oil your pan ( I use an olive oil spray) And spray until you can’t spray no more! Just kidding, you only want to make sure the bread doesn’t stick to the pan.

Step 3: Cook your sausage

Step 4: Cut your onion and tomatoes

Step 5: Whisk your eggs and milk in a bowl

Step 6: Add veggies and season

Step 7: Place crescent rolls in muffin pan. You’ll want to place two directly across from each other

Step 8: Add egg mixture evenly in each muffin hole

Step 9: Add meat and cheese evenly

Step 10: Cross the roll so that it overlaps the other

Step 11: Bake the length of time it takes for crescent roll

Step 12: Enjoy! Make sure to let it cool off a few minutes before you take it out of the pan. (I didn’t…it hurt. Don’t do what I did. Ok? Ok. )

*If you want to substitute cheese, meat, or veggies feel free! Let me know how it turned out and share the recipe! *
